  • If you experience shortages in weight or measurement when purchasing goods, report it to the Legal Metrology Department.
  • When traveling in auto-rickshaws, ensure that the fare meter installed in the vehicle is verified and stamped by the Legal Metrology Department for accuracy.
  • When purchasing gold, ensure that the bill specifies the ‘karat’ (fineness) and pay only according to the specified value.
