Method 2: Complaints can also be filed directly with District-level Deputy Controllers or Flying Squad Deputy Controllers for prompt redressal.
Method 3: Consumers may escalate their grievances to Regional-level Joint Controllers for further action.
Method 4: For legal advice on departmental matters, consumers can approach the Law Officer for guidance.
Method 5: Matters related to the Right to Information Act, 2005, can be addressed by contacting the State Public Information Officers of the department.
