Licence for Manufacturer/Dealer/Repairer

3. Trade License issued by Local body
4. Possession certificate/ Rent/lease agreement
5. Receipt of building tax paid
6. Model approval from government of India (For Manufacturer licence)

9. Qualification Certificate (for Repairer license)
Process Description
Step 1: Application through online along with supporting documents to Deputy Controller (Flying Squad) of the District concerned after the payment of License fee.
Step 2: Verification of application, supporting documents and other requirements through online and physical inspection of the premises for the purpose of License by Deputy Controller (FS) and forwarding of application to Controller, Legal Metrology.
Step 3: Scrutiny and approval of License by Controller, Legal Metrology through online. Applicant can download the license.
